Data we collect
As a visitor to the site, we do not ask for personal data in order to browse: the site is an informational showcase with no registration forms. Personal data is processed when you provide it voluntarily by contacting us via WhatsApp or scheduling a call through Calendly, such as your name, phone number, or the content of your inquiry. The /ficha-de-autor page also has inquiry, purchase, and withdrawal forms, whose data is processed under the privacy policy published at /ficha-de-autor/terminos.
Purpose of processing
The data you voluntarily provide is used to respond to your inquiry, coordinate meetings, deliver the services you purchase, and potentially develop a business relationship. We do not sell or transfer your data for commercial purposes. Only on the /ficha-de-autor page, and only if you accept it, do we share ad measurement data with Meta, as explained in that page's privacy policy.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase to store its database and images. The background video plays through YouTube in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie). Reviews are public Google reviews that the site itself displays, with no third-party widgets. Contact is channeled through WhatsApp and Calendly. On the /ficha-de-autor page, payments are processed by Mercado Pago and, only with your consent, the Meta Pixel is used. Each of these providers processes information in accordance with its own privacy policies.
Tracking and measurement
The site does not use Google Analytics or marketing tracking pixels, with a single exception: the /ficha-de-autor page uses the Meta Pixel to measure ads, only on that page and only if you accept it in the consent notice. If you decline, nothing from Meta is loaded. We do not profile visitors. The only first-party cookie on the rest of the site is an essential session cookie used for the site owner's administration panel, which does not affect visitors.
Rights of the data subject
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, and deletion of the personal data you have provided to us at any time. To do so, simply reach out through the same contact channels available on the site. We will address your request within the timeframes set by applicable regulations.
Legal framework
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law No. 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and its supplementary regulations. The data subject is entitled to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, except where a legitimate interest is demonstrated.
