Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

At AgenciaMH we respect your privacy and aim to collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what information we process and for what purpose when you visit agenciamh.com or contact us.

Data we collect

As a visitor to the site, we do not request or collect personal data: the site is an informational showcase with no registration forms. Personal data is processed only when you provide it voluntarily by contacting us via WhatsApp or scheduling a call through Calendly, such as your name, phone number, or the content of your inquiry.

Purpose of processing

The data you voluntarily provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry, coordinate meetings, and potentially develop a business relationship. We do not use this data for third-party advertising, nor do we sell or transfer it for commercial purposes.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase to store its database and images. The background video plays through YouTube in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie), and reviews are displayed via a third-party widget. Contact is channeled through WhatsApp and Calendly. Each of these providers processes information in accordance with its own privacy policies.

No tracking

The site does not use Google Analytics or marketing tracking pixels. We do not profile visitors or engage in advertising tracking. The only first-party cookie is an essential session cookie used for the site owner's administration panel, which does not affect visitors.

Rights of the data subject

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, and deletion of the personal data you have provided to us at any time. To do so, simply reach out through the same contact channels available on the site. We will address your request within the timeframes set by applicable regulations.

Legal framework

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law No. 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and its supplementary regulations. The data subject is entitled to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, except where a legitimate interest is demonstrated.

General considerations

This policy is general and informational in nature and may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to legislation. Professional legal review is recommended before its definitive application, in order to fully tailor it to the specific circumstances of the owner.
